Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation is received.

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

For pre-order or scheduled products, processing and dispatch times will vary based on availability.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship Australia-wide only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

For in-stock items:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location
Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer

All orders are shipped via reputable Australian carriers.

Pre-Order Items

Items marked as “pre-order” are not currently in stock and will be shipped once available.

Estimated dispatch timeframe: minimum 60 business days from the date of purchase
Actual delivery timelines may vary depending on production and import schedules

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
