We take pride in the quality of our products. Please review the following return policy carefully before placing your order.
Change of Mind
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, we will arrange a replacement.
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
- Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Once approved, we will organise a replacement or appropriate resolution
In these cases, all return shipping and re-delivery costs will be covered by Live Planet.
Eligibility for Return (if approved)
Where a return is approved, the item must:
- Be in its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags)
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale items or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or event-specific merchandise
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for approved faulty or incorrect items
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
